3 vehicles, 3 crew, 8 pilots, 9 flights, 7 LZs.
Max altitude a little over 10K
The lapse rate was better than average and the wind light with some local stiffer draw. High barometric pressure so some sharp edges. It seems like high pressure needs a better lapse-rate? There were good cores that seemed to hit a ceiling. We could run the range (back and forth a dozen miles east of launch) with confidence we could wiggle back up when needed. A few clouds over Lockwood Valley but we opted to stay on the south side to avoid a long retrieve, hoping to make the Elings pizza party.

Everyone had good flights and got home unscathed before dark.

Baldy pilots all had impressive flights. Fun to hear their chatter on the radio (from Pine). A couple pilots in the lower 40s, 72 plus, and over 90 miles SLOFD. Their flights are all posted on XContest.
