Alternator to the Beach

I thought the conditions were really good today, lots of lift everywhere.  I took off from the Alternator with a few other pilots at around 11 AM.  Some of us made it easily to the R&R.  At that point, I was at cloud base and would have gone down the range, but it was REALLY cold, actually my hands have never been so cold during a flight.  I decided to go to the beach instead.  Landing there was as fun (and warm) as usual.
