Sharon & I will get on Diablo’s early bus with Edward rolling through Parma about a quarter till 9, and the second wave is meeting at the Ventura Rite Aid at 8:30, so they will probably get to Parma about 9:15ish, and I’m sure there will be more vehicles to follow.

Don’t expect to launch much before 10

Thursday and Friday look promising. Planning to fly on Thursday, probably from the Skyport, and likely early, but the meet time is pending on the morning weather.  I’ll try and post shortly after the winds aloft forecast is available.

The lapse rate is forecasted to be ok, with light wind from the NNW on the SB end of the range. I suspect the onshore flow will push up the Santa Clara River in the afternoon. May have some late morning OD iterations followed by thinning and lifting bases as the day’s heating lowers the relative humidity and the NW flow gnaws at the bubbles.
