Saturday, 9/25/04 I think I was fifth off after John. Easy climb to personal best altitude of 11,500 as which point it was Ojai or bust. As Maxwell Smart would say "missed it by that much" deciding landing at the campground would be better that trying to make it around the same ridge John mentioned. Personal distance record too, however far it is from Pine to the campground.
