Light wind down lower, but some north above.  Lee side most of the way down range along the ridges.  Some spots were blocking and drawing in.  Very little wind on the water.   Dry high pressure.  Subsidence, and draining.  Late launches.  Ok altitude, 5Kish, but shear above.
